What’s the point in making awesome mix CDs if my computer isn’t going to burn them?

Raaaaagh! I’ve got a day off tomorrow so I’m finally going to go to the post office, but a mix i want to send will not be burned to cd. My cd drive is ridiculously erratic, and it’ll get halfway through a burn before giving up and spitting out a useless, half burned cd. Going to sleep before I smash it, Office Space style.
